The Timing Rules We Use
Bournemouth: arrive 2 hours before departure even though it is a small airport - summer charter waves create queues. Heathrow and Gatwick: 3 hours for short-haul in peak season, plus the full journey buffer for M3/M25 holiday traffic. We would rather you have a coffee airside than sprint to a gate.
Friday and Saturday Are Different Animals
Changeover days concentrate everything: departures, arrivals, motorway traffic to the West Country crossing your route to London. Summer Saturday transfers leave earlier than any other day - trust the pick-up time we quote.
